Working with our sales, messaging, and demand generation teams, you will be responsible for :
- Providing robust customer information based on ideal customer profiles.
- Updating the existing customer database.
- Receiving feedback and updating research methodologies accordingly.
- Monitoring our database and ensuring any bad data is quickly addressed.
- Maintaining a best-in-class customer database.
Essential Requirements
B2B database platform expertise : You're an expert at using these tools to research company and individual-level data (e.g. InsideView, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).Conscientious : You're devoted to maintaining the integrity of a vast data set.Develop relationships with prospects, including C-level and Director-level executives.Collaborate with consultant and partner teams both locally and nationally to develop proposals, onboard new clients, and identify upsells.Assist with other marketing initiatives, including PR, content, etc.Support the future expansion of the growth marketing team.Understand sponsored search, paid social, email marketing, content marketing, affiliate marketing, and SEO.Analytical abilities.Ability to glean useful information from client calls and pass it along to the development and SEO teams.The ability to add value through innovative ideas.Ability to establish relationships with customers.A good understanding of business and entrepreneurship.Job Specification
