Looking for Regional Sales Manager – (Itel Mobiles)

For (South Region)

Location : Base City – Karachi

Position : Regional Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities :

• Having a good command of feature phone & smartphone sales.
• Overseeing local and regional sales, promotions, and campaigns.
• Keep an eye on market share & focus on channel penetration.
• Good relationship with MDs and deep knowledge on the retail part.
• Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives.
• Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally.
• Handling & resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service.
• Advising distributors and dealers on policies and (SOPs).
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients.
• Setting sales quotas and goals.
• Overseeing and directing the performance of the sales team.
• Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities.
• Defining and executing territory sales plans
• Requirements.
• Minimum 4-5 years of Sales experience in feature phones and smartphones.
• Excellence communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good team handling skills.
