Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage dealer / market relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Ensure timely recovery of payments from customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Provide regular sales and market reports to management.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (B.Com / BBA preferred).1–3 years sales or distribution experience (construction materials / electrical goods experience is a plus).Strong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work under targets and deadlines.Must be disciplined, energetic, and market-oriented.We Offer
