We are seeking a dynamic and people-driven
Human Resources Executive
to join our growing IT company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management. This role requires someone who is organized, empathetic, and capable of supporting a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. You will work closely with the management team to ensure smooth HR processes, build a strong company culture, and support our people to do their best work. Key Responsibilities : Manage the end-to-end recruitment process : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation. Coordinate performance reviews and assist in developing growth plans. Support employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and recognition programs. Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations. Handle employee queries and provide guidance on HR-related matters. Prepare and issue HR-related letters, contracts, and correspondence. Assist in implementing HR systems, tools, and process improvements. Support payroll coordination and attendance management when needed. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role (preferably in an IT or professional services company). Strong understanding of HR operations, policies, and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRIS, recruitment tools, etc.). Preferred Skills : Experience working with remote or hybrid teams. Knowledge of recruitment for technical roles (developers, designers, engineers, etc.). Familiarity with HR analytics, employee engagement tools, or performance systems. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. What We Offer : Competitive compensation based on experience.
