Job descriptionGood English Accent : Must have a clear and neutral accent. Complete Session in English : Each session should be conducted entirely in English. Teaching Experience : Prior experience in teaching Spoken English is preferred. Stable Internet Connection : A reliable and fast internet connection is essential. Equipment : A working laptop / PC with a good-quality microphone and webcam. Commitment : Punctuality and dedication to conducting all scheduled sessions. Engaging Personality : Ability to motivate and inspire students to improve their spoken English. Fluency in English : Ability to speak clearly, confidently, and naturally in English. Strong Communication Skills : Engage students with clear, interactive, and motivating communication. Classroom Management (Online) : Handle group and one-on-one sessions effectively on Zoom. Listening Skills : Understand students’ needs and respond accordingly. Patience and Empathy : Support learners at different proficiency levels with a positive attitude. Basic Tech Skills : Comfort with using Zoom and other digital tools for online teaching. Creativity : Use fun and interactive methods to keep sessions engaging and practical. Time Management : Start and end sessions on time while delivering effective lessons.

Job Details :
- Working Hours : 8 hours per day, 5 days a week (Tuesday to Saturday 4 pm to 12 am).
- Session Duration : Each session will be 35 minutes.
- Number of Sessions : Up to 13 sessions per day.
- Payment : PKR 18000 - 22,000 per month. Payment will be made at the end of each month.
- Teaching Mode : Remote (Zoom).
- Location : Work from home.

Class Structure : Group and individual sessions will be conducted, focusing on practical conversation, vocabulary building, and accent training (NO GRAMMAR)
Training and Support : Teachers will receive guidance on course structure and student engagement strategies.
