Job Responsibilities
Arrange financial statements on a monthly and daily basis. Prepare and organize all files and tax reports, including essential company incomes at local, federal, and state levels. Support assessment activities. Prepare records of profit and loss statements, monthly costs, and closing accounting records. Compile and analyze financial data for better understanding of financial entries, especially for broad ledger accounts. Review and monitor the accounting process for accuracy, effectiveness, and comprehensiveness. Analyze expenditures and revenues, providing suggestions and proposals for financial planning and accounting improvements. Resolve accounting issues through inquiries and establishing a more organized auditing system. Explain accounting policies and billing invoices to vendors, staff, and clients. Identify and address accounting inconsistencies. Maintain and develop financial data support systems, manual filing systems, and computer software systems. Coordinate with external and internal auditors during audits. Perform other duties as assigned. Job Specifications
