Position Overview : We’re looking for a Walmart E-commerce Channel Manager to own and optimize our Walmart.com business. This is a strategic role focused on item setup, digital merchandising, performance reporting, and Walmart Connect campaign execution. You’ll collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and retail teams to ensure our digital shelf is performing at its peak.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage Walmart.com item setup and product catalog optimization.
Execute and monitor Walmart Connect advertising campaigns.
Analyze channel performance and provide actionable insights.
Coordinate cross-functionally with operations, creative, and media teams.
Troubleshoot listing issues, ad performance, and compliance matters.
Stay updated on Walmart marketplace trends and platform updates.
Develop and maintain dashboards or reporting systems for Walmart KPIs.
Qualifications :
2+ years of experience managing Walmart.com or similar marketplaces.
Hands‑on experience with Walmart Connect and item setup workflows.
Strong understanding of retail media, digital merchandising, and listing strategy.
Comfortable with analytics and performance reporting.
Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
Solid communication skills in English.
Nice‑to‑Haves :
Experience with Amazon Seller / Vendor Central or other e-commerce platforms.
Knowledge of listing automation tools or feed management platforms.
Familiarity with digital shelf tools like Helium10, Salsify, or Profitero.
Background in performance marketing or media operations.
Ability to build basic dashboards or automate reports.
