Job Title : Startup Full Stack Engineer (Early Career)

Location : Remote (Pakistan)

Type : Paid Internship or Junior Full Time

Work Hours : 2 : 00 PM – 11 : 00 PM PKT (Includes 1-hour dinner break)

You will be given problems, not tasks. You own outcomes across the stack, read existing code, and make small, safe changes that add up. If you’ve built something remarkable, link it. This role is for sharp early engineers who want a hard challenge and real ownership.

What you will do

Build UI with a modern component model and TypeScript.

Design and implement REST‑style endpoints.

Write queries, migrations, and clean schemas in a relational DB.

Own a feature from spec to deploy. PRD to tests to rollout.

Improve performance, reliability, and DX.

Review code. Write clear docs. Keep scope tight.

What you will learn in 30 days

How a server‑rendered MVC backend powers a modern SPA‑like frontend.

How a lightweight router layer passes props from backend to views.

Auth, sessions, policies, queues, jobs, and background tasks.

Patterns for forms, validation, pagination, search, and file upload.

How to ship safely with reviews, linting, and tests.

Requirements

Solid HTML and CSS. Comfortable with a utility‑first CSS library.

API basics. HTTP verbs. Status codes. JSON contracts.

SQL basics. Joins. Indexes. Transactions.

Git. Branch. PR. Review.

You have built things. Show a repo or two.

Nice to have

Any framework experience. React. Next. Vue. Express. Django. Rails. Spring. All welcome.

Basic cloud and CI experience.
