I am looking for a versatile professional who thrives at the intersection of analytics, operations, and product execution.

You might come from a background as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Executive Assistant, or you may have worn multiple hats in a fast‑moving startup. The title is flexible. What matters most is your ability to organize complex initiatives, build analytical models, and keep projects running smoothly.

You’ll work directly with me to document initiatives, track progress, model growth scenarios, and help turn business goals into measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

Maintain and update project documentation and dashboards in Notion and Excel.

Build and manage advanced Excel models, including :

Financial and revenue forecasts

Partnership and performance tracking

Margin and growth projections

Variance analysis between forecasted and actual results

Track and report progress across multiple initiatives and teams.

Prioritize daily and weekly action items to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.

Follow up with internal and external stakeholders to keep deliverables on track.

Create visual documentation or process flows in Figma (or learn as you go).

Prepare concise updates and reports for leadership review.

Qualifications

Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills. Comfortable building dynamic financial or operational models, not just basic formulas.

Experience (or strong interest) in Notion for managing projects, tasks, and dashboards.

Familiarity with Figma for visual documentation and wireframing.

Excellent communication and follow‑up skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Curiosity and eagerness to learn new tools and systems.

Experience supporting product, operations, or leadership functions.

Background in SaaS, startups, or data‑driven projects.

A love for systems thinking and process improvement.

Additional Information You’ll work directly with leadership and help shape strategic decisions.
