NPO Subject Matter Expert

As a NPO Subject Matter Expert at Nokia, your primary job is to design Radio network for Nokia customers and partners, guiding and leading a team of junior planning Engineers on planning tools. The NPO Subject Matter Expert designs, analyses, plans, and modifies network supporting customer strategies. Develops and evaluates network performance criteria and measurement methods. Conducts network architecture design, feasibility, and improvement methods.
