Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hospital Administrator located in Lahore District. The Hospital Administrator will oversee day-to-day hospital operations, manage administrative processes, and work to ensure the seamless delivery of healthcare services. Responsibilities include coordinating with medical and non-medical staff, optimizing hospital management systems, addressing patient needs to ensure high-quality customer service, and maintaining effective communication between departments. The role also involves ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and driving organizational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Hospital Operations and Hospital Management to oversee and streamline healthcare services
• Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication for addressing patient concerns and fostering teamwork
• Knowledge or background in Medicine to ensure healthcare standards are met
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in a healthcare setting or managerial position is a plus
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
