HR Assistant (Female) – No More Than 1 Year of Experience in an IT / Software House Required
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support the Human Resources department with day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will assist the HR Manager in managing employee records, attendance, leave tracking, documentation, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee attendance and leave records
- Assist in employee documentation and file management
- Support the HR Manager in daily tasks and HR operations
- Prepare HR-related reports and presentations
- Coordinate with employees for documentation and policy queries
- Assist in organizing HR events, meetings, and training sessions
- Ensure HR data is accurate, confidential, and up to date
Required Skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint (presentations, formatting)Strong organizational and time-management skillsAttention to detail and accuracy in record keepingBasic understanding of HR procedures and practicesGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle confidential information with integrityQualifications
