The job responsibilities we are seeking in an Office Manager (preferably Female candidate) include managing and maintaining the group's secretarial functions, handling the PABX system, daily logs, meeting minutes, and filings. From a marketing point of view, the role involves tele-introductions to information-seeking prospects, tele-support to customers with the help of the technical department, and introducing our services and new products to existing clients as well as prospects listed and provided by the research and marketing department. Some aspects of Human Resource management and Finance management are also included.
There is no fieldwork involved, but presentation and communication skills are essential.
There are no special requirements for the position, and all the required training will be provided.
