Job Description
The BDM is accountable for driving enrollments, maximizing revenue, and building strategic partnerships across the Med Exam Experts portfolio. This role combines sales execution, pipeline management, and market development with a strong accountability for measurable results and commission‑linked performance. It bridges sales strategy, market intelligence, client relationship management, and revenue accountability. The BDM is a key growth engine, working closely with Marketing, Operations, and Academics to deliver consistent enrollment growth and exceptional student experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Own / deliver against enrollment and revenue targets for assigned region / courses (e.g., UK / Ireland, Licensing, Pakistan).
- Develop and execute structured monthly sales plans segmented by course and market.
- Propose dynamic pricing / offers in line with peak seasons and discount policy to maximize uptake during peak seasons (July / Aug, Dec / Jan).
- Monitor regional sales trends (UAE, UK, USA, Pakistan, South Asia) and adapt approaches accordingly.
- Achieve progressive targets with eligibility for enhanced incentive brackets (60% sales in USD, 60% at full fee, 50% in core courses).
- Drive 1520% YoY revenue growth in assigned markets.
- Maximize commission slabs through full‑fee / high‑margin sales.
- Suggest pricing adjustments, promotional offers, and bundled course strategies.
- Aggressively convert leads from campaigns, referrals, and events into enrollments and manage the full sales funnel (lead nurturing closing).
- Ensure 100% SLA compliance (12 hours lead follow‑up).
- Maintain 2530% conversion rate of marketing‑qualified leads.
- Record every activity with 100% accuracy in CRM.
- Submit weekly dashboards on pipeline, conversions, and revenue vs. targets.
- Conduct quarterly competitor benchmarking (pricing, offers, messaging) and recommend counter‑strategies.
- Prepare quarterly market growth plans with bold, data‑backed recommendations.
- Actively contribute to campaigns with tailored messaging for local markets.
- Host / attend 1 webinar, roadshow, or promotional event per month in your region.
- Provide structured feedback to Marketing on lead quality, competitor tactics, and pricing benchmarks.
- Identify corporate / organizational prospects for group enrollments.
- Provide professional pre‑ and post‑enrollment support to build trust and loyalty.
- Maintain 85% satisfaction rating in sales interactions.
- Act as brand ambassador in all student interactions.
- Work with Operations to ensure seamless student onboarding and customer satisfaction (zero escalations).
- Liaise with Marketing for campaign design, lead generation, and brand awareness.
- Share student insights / market feedback with Academics for product refinement.
- Drive 1015% of enrollments via B2B packages or CME accreditation deals.
- Represent Med Exam Expert at industry events, roadshows, and webinars.
