SmartB Solutions, a leading professional services firm located in Petaling Jaya, is seeking a talented Human Resource Lead with 3 years of experience in the Accounting industry for an online / remote position.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Manage recruitment and selection process, including onboarding new employees
  • Oversee employee relations, performance management, and training programs
  • Provide guidance and support to management on HR policies and procedures
  • Maintain compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations

Job Specification

Required Skills :

  • Proven experience as an HR Lead or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
