Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist, located in Lahore. The Sales Specialist will manage day-to-day sales activities, including identifying client needs, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The individual will provide exceptional customer service, conduct training sessions on product offerings, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive approach to sales management to drive business growth and maintain brand standards.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to achieve and exceed revenue targets
• Experience in conducting Training sessions related to products or services
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is a plus
• An adaptive and energetic approach to problem-solving and achieving organizational goals
