Job description

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, employee relations, recruitment, retention, compensation, HRIS maintenance / reporting, benefits, workers compensation, compliance with all federal and state laws, compliance with company policies / procedures, and general administration. They are also responsible for policies, processes and procedures and ensuring compliance to all HR practices. These positions are expected to perform actively with initiative, sense of urgency, energy, business partnering, team orientation and personal ownership. Job Specification

Qualified candidates should have : HR Manager : 5+ years of progressive HR experience Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) HR Information System experience Bachelor's degree in related field Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of Human Resource administration Detail oriented, time sensitive and ability to follow through Strong telephone and interpersonal skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Service-oriented - willing to go the extra mile for our internal and external customers; sense of urgency Able to handle confidential information appropriately Team orientation - eager and willing to help coworkers Ability to travel as needed Information Technology and Services - Karachi, Pakistan
