Build and manage the company's HR community forums and professional groups.
Coordinate with HR Forums for collaborations and event participation.
Ensure smooth execution of community-building campaigns and monthly HR meetups.
Assist the team in increasing the company's visibility across HR platforms and industry events.
Track upcoming HR events / forums for potential sponsorships and lead generation opportunities.
Support the marketing team with community-driven content ideas.
Manage event setup vendors for internal and external events.
Handle photography and videography vendors for complete event coverage.
Create event posts for LinkedIn and Instagram with engaging captions.
Upload event highlights and write captions on LinkedIn.
Identify seasonal client / prospect giveaways to strengthen relationships.
Arrange, deliver, and track seasonal giveaways in coordination with sales.
Coordinate with the sales team to finalize giveaway recipient lists.
Education & Experience
BBA / MBA
2 To 3 years of experience required
