Senior Front-End Developer (Hands-on)

Senior front-end developer

who writes code every day. You will build, debug, and ship front-end features end to end. You should be able to work well on your own, understand the system design, and help shape the front-end architecture and frameworks. Core Responsibilities : A strong understanding of industry best practices in front-end development, including performance optimization, accessibility, and security - auth flows (OAuth / OIDC), token handling, CSP, OWASP basics in UI. The ability to create interactive charts, graphs, and data visualizations, including geographic visualizations on maps. An understanding of layout aesthetics and design systems, including knowledge of UI component libraries. Experience in incorporating reliable unit and end-to-end testing to UI frameworks. Experience with version control systems like GitHub or GitLab. Experience in practicing Agile Scrum methodologies and committed to fostering the professional growth of Front-End team members. Strong documentation and communication skills, writes clear README / tech notes, explains decisions simply, and collaborates well with designers, back-end, and PMs. Deep understanding of the entire development process.
