Progress monitoring : Tracking project progress against the plan, identifying potential issues, and taking corrective action as needed. 3. Stakeholder communication : Regularly updating stakeholders on project status, addressing concerns, and managing expectations. 4. Strong communication skills : Ability to clearly communicate project goals, updates, and issues to diverse stakeholders. 5. Analytical skills : Identifying problems, evaluating data, and making informed decisions. 6. Organizational skills : Managing complex project timelines, priorities, and resource allocation effectively. 7. Technical expertise : Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall), tools, and software. 8.
