Direct collaboration with company leadership. Long‑term career growth within an expanding international business unit. Proven experience as a BDM in Accounting, Finance, or Outsourcing domains. Strategic understanding of GTM planning, lead generation, and sales funnel management for accounting / finance shared services. Exposure to both Shared Services and Full‑Time Equivalent (FTE) sales models. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Prior experience in targeting or working with US-based clients. Ability to work independently, deliver results, and meet ambitious targets.

Business Development Manager
We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients or partners, and expand market reach.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, connect, and engage with potential clients—primarily startup founders, CEOs, and CFOs in the US market.
- Lead end-to-end business development for Accounting and Finance Outsourcing services (Shared Services & FTE-based models).
- Drive lead generation, manage outreach (LinkedIn, email, and other channels), and convert leads into qualified opportunities.
- Build and execute GTM strategies for our Accounting Outsourcing vertical.
- Conduct discovery calls, prepare proposals, and close new business deals.
- Collaborate with marketing to enhance campaign performance and optimize conversion.
- Maintain accurate reporting of pipeline, forecasts, and client interactions through CRM tools.
