Qualifications : BSc or B.Com (preferably in Science or Commerce)

Experience :

  • Experience in Sales & distribution management on Modern Trade, Pharmacies, General Trade & Institutions.
  • Experience in Handling Sales Team & distribution management on Pakistan level.
  • Good relation with Modern Trade, LMT, & Key customers.
  • Must have excellent communications, analytical & computer skills.
  • Hands-on experience of new product launch in coordination with Brand Management.
  • Strategic planning and mentor for team members.
  • Sales Budgeting and planning experience New Business & product development.

Job Specification

  • Motivate & train team members to achieve Sales Objectives.
  • Define sales budget for the fiscal year as well as long term.
  • Strategic planning to achieve sales & company’s objectives.
