We are seeking an experienced Principal Architect in the civil engineering sector to lead architectural design projects, oversee construction initiatives, and ensure compliance with industry standards. The role requires a deep understanding of structural engineering principles, project management skills, and a collaborative approach to working with multiple teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of architectural projects from concept through construction.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to deliver integrated solutions.
• Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations and codes.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior architects and engineering staff.
• Prepare detailed architectural designs and documentation.
• Engage with clients to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional service.
• Keep abreast of advancements and updates in industry standards and architectural technologies.
• Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Work Conditions

Full-time position with in-person work setting to oversee project development and backend Designing. May require occasional travel to project sites and visits but most of the work will be office based.
