Deliver assigned courses as per the faculty workload policy.

Design and deliver engaging, innovative, and experiential learning experiences.

Supervise student projects, fieldwork, and internships.

Assess student performance, maintain academic records, and provide feedback.

Mentor 15–20 students under the institutional mentoring program.

Integrate Islamic and ethical values into teaching practices.

Conduct independent research and publish in peer-reviewed journals.

Supervise postgraduate research and act as principal investigator on projects.

Contribute to academic planning, departmental committees, and quality assurance.

Support attendance monitoring and academic discipline.

Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of Department
