Remote Software Engineering Manager

The company's mission is to leverage technology to create a better world. Based in Sweden, we have developers located worldwide. Role :

Establish and enhance workflows within your team. Build, lead, and develop our engineering team. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new team members, including training. Collaborate with the Product Owner or Accountable Lead to ensure high-quality, efficient delivery. Identify and resolve issues proactively. Create a fun and engaging workplace for our international engineering team. Experience :

Minimum of 6 years in the industry, including at least 4 years as a developer and 2 years as an Engineering Manager responsible for system design and implementation. Experience managing at least four individuals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship. Experience working in fast-paced Agile / Scrum environments. Experience with performance management and salary reviews. Self-driven, energetic, and passionate about nurturing high-performing teams.
