Own features end-to-end, from designing APIs and writing backend logic to implementing the frontend. Collaborate with product and design to shape early-stage ideas into high-impact product experiences. Build robust systems that scale gracefully, with a codebase that's maintainable and adaptable as the product evolves. Use shared types across the stack to reduce integration errors and improve developer velocity. Develop long-term sustainable solutions where design clarity and modularity ensure the system evolves without accruing technical debt.. Hard Skills

Strong experience as a full stack developer with backend-heavy focus Proficiency in TypeScript, Next.js and Node.js Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) Comfort working across the stack, especially in early-stage environments Familiarity with common startup needs — auth, emails, cron jobs, etc. Ability to manage your own development workflow and ship features quickly Soft Skills
