Remote Software Engineering Manager

We coordinate interpreters so that patients can receive medical treatment and communicate with healthcare providers in their new country, and assist crime victims in obtaining justice. Our platform connects our customers with qualified interpreters.

Our primary clients include hospitals, courts, lawyers, and municipalities that communicate with refugees and others in need.

Role :

• Establish and enhance workflows within your team.
• Build, lead, and develop our engineering team.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new team members, including training.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner or Accountable Lead to ensure high-quality, efficient delivery.
• Identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Create a fun and engaging workplace for our international engineering team.
