Job Description : Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and talent needs. Source and identify potential engineering candidates on niche platforms / tech stacks through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit. Assist in coordinating interviews, collecting feedback, and participating in the decision‑making process. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date candidate records in our applicant tracking system. Build and maintain relationships with candidates to create a strong talent pipeline. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in technical recruitment. Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies. Qualifications
Experience : 1‑2 years of relevant experience in technical recruitment.
