As the Product Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping our product roadmap, driving end-to-end product development, and ensuring an exceptional user experience. Job Responsibilities
- Product Strategy and Roadmap : Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.

- Product Development and Lifecycle Management : Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, working closely with engineering and design teams to deliver features on time.
- Create user stories, product requirements, and acceptance criteria, ensuring a clear understanding of deliverables.
- Drive minimum viable product planning and incremental improvements based on user feedback and metrics.
- User-Centric Approach : Gather and analyze customer feedback, pain points, and requests to inform product iterations.
- Use data-driven insights to validate assumptions and continuously refine the product.
- Ensure a seamless user experience by prioritizing usability and functionality.
- Collaboration and Communication : Act as a bridge between departments, facilitating effective communication and collaboration across teams.
- Prepare and present product updates to stakeholders, including leadership, sales, marketing, and customer support teams.
- Metrics and Performance Monitoring : Define and track product KPIs, leveraging analytics tools to assess feature success and impact.
- Identify and troubleshoot product issues, optimize user flows, and ensure product quality.
- Ensure that the Dev team is meeting targets and that goals / KPIs are set for them.

Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field.3+ years of product management experience, ideally within a SaaS or tech startup environment.Strong understanding of SaaS business models, UX / UI design principles, and agile methodologies.Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).Ability to balance strategic thinking with a hands‑on approach to product development.Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a knack for inspiring and aligning teams.Preferred : Experience in a fast‑paced startup environment.Familiarity with technical concepts and ability to liaise with development teams effectively.Technical and Work Environment Requirements
