Responsibilities

  • Build & maintain landing pages and blogs using WordPress.
  • Create and manage automations using Zapier for lead gen and campaign workflows.
  • Support email automation workflows via platforms like ActiveCampaign and MailerLite.
  • Maintain and optimize website performance, ensuring it is fast, responsive, and free from bugs.
  • Admin and Miscellaneous work as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven WordPress experience (you’ll be building pages regularly).
  • Hands-on Zapier experience, with knowledge of multi-step zaps and integrations.
  • Familiarity with email automation platforms like ActiveCampaign, MailerLite, or similar.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Hubspot.
  • A sharp eye for bugs and performance issues—you care about speed and stability.
  • Understand basic HTML / CSS or can work with developers when needed.

    • Bonus Points

  • Have experience in A / B testing or optimizing conversion rates on landing pages.
  • Love improving systems and suggesting better tech workflows.

    • Technical & Work Environment Requirements

  • Internet Connection : Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
  • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps. Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.
  • Primary Device : Desktop or laptop equipped with at least : Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor.
  • A minimum of 8 GB RAM.
  • Backup Device : Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor and be functional during power interruptions.
  • A functioning webcam.
  • A noise-canceling USB headset.
  • A quiet, dedicated home office space.
  • Peripherals and Workspace : A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
