Job Summary :

As a Sales Executive at MF Communications, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate is a proactive and ambitious individual with a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of our industry, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities :

• Sales Development : Identify and target potential clients, generating new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
• Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and consistently delivering value.
• Product Knowledge : Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products / services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential clients.
• Sales Presentations : Conduct compelling sales presentations to showcase our offerings, highlighting key differentiators and tailoring presentations to meet the specific needs of each client.
• Sales Targets : Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through a combination of new business acquisition and account management.
• Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and position MF Communications as a leader in the field.
• Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience and enhance overall business performance.
• Reporting : Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the management team, detailing progress against targets and key performance indicators.

Job Specification

Qualifications : Freshers can also apply.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.

Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets and objectives.

Excellent negotiation and closing skills, coupled with a consultative sales approach.

Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
