The Team The team is responsible for workflow digitization and automation across the Commodity Insights divisions. Using a hybrid of low code / no code platforms, you will have the opportunity to work with people from a wide variety of backgrounds and will be able to develop a close team dynamic with coworkers from around the globe.

Responsibilities
Design, architecture, and development of highly scalable workflow automation projects
Work as a senior developer with extensive on hands development for the entire SDLC
Work closely with Development Team, Scrum Master product owner, technology partners to understand and clarify requirements
Analyze, isolate issues, and resolve them
Produce system design documents and lead technical walk trough’s
Continuously improve the architecture and quality of the code
Manage projects, maintain scope, and communicate with stakeholders
Champion best practices in governance, ALM, and data security
Mentor junior team member and stay ahead of Platform innovations
What We’re Looking For Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's / Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
5+ years of experience in application development using Java technologies
Strong expertise and knowledge in JavaScript, Database, Data Structures, SQL Server, Web APIs, Object Oriented Programming (OOP), Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
Preferred Qualifications
Proficient with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies like Agile, Scrum
Proven experience with complex Appian, Power Platform solutions.
Strong technical knowledge : Appian, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, JS, C# plugins, Power Pages.
Python, OData APIs, SQL for XML, Front end Development, BPM, LDAP, SAML
Excellent communication skills are essential, with strong verbal and writing proficiencies
Familiarity with web services, FTP, JMS, and other web integration technologies
Robotic Process Automation experience can be preferred
Knowledgeable in working with building software in the Financial Industry and Capital Markets
