Medicare Credentialing Specialist

The Inventor Solutions is a healthcare BPO company specializing in medical and dental billing, revenue cycle management, and credentialing services for U.S.-based practices. We are expanding our credentialing team to support a sleep practice in the U.S. that requires expertise in Medicare enrollment and compliance. Role Overview

We are seeking a Medicare Credentialing Specialist to handle provider enrollment, revalidation, and ongoing compliance with Medicare regulations, specifically for a sleep practice. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and prior experience with U.S. healthcare credentialing. Key Responsibilities

Manage Medicare provider enrollment and revalidation applications. Complete and submit CAQH profiles, PECOS applications, and payer enrollments. Coordinate with providers, practice managers, and payers to ensure credentialing accuracy. Maintain and update credentialing files, compliance records, and expiration tracking. Troubleshoot delays and resolve enrollment issues with Medicare and other payers. Ensure timely completion of credentialing processes to prevent revenue delays. Qualifications

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in U.S. healthcare credentialing (Medicare focus preferred). Strong knowledge of PECOS, NPPES, CAQH, and payer enrollment systems . Familiarity with credentialing requirements for sleep practices is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
