We are a digital marketing company based in Chiang Mai, in Thailand. And unlike all the traditional digital marketing agencies, we don’t work with clients, which means we develop our own products.

Here are the main activities of GreenTomatoMedia :

  • MEDIA with a network of 1500+ websites in 8 languages with more than 1 million high-value visitors per month in different thematics (Finance, Crypto, iGaming) & a few fast-growing Youtube Channels.
  • We generate revenues thanks to affiliate marketing.
  • MOBILE APPLICATIONS with a portfolio of 50+ apps downloaded 20+ million times.
  • Our source of revenue comes from a subscription model and in-app purchases.

The Role

We are looking for a Wordpress Developer to help us improve and maintain our applications.

The resource will be expected to take technical ownership of the products, suggesting improvements and collaborating in the architectural design of the applications with the stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

  • Build wordpress templates following the stakeholders requirements and graphics
  • Build reusable wordpress plugins and improve the existing ones following the stakeholders requirements
  • Discuss with the rest of the team architectural designs and technical solutions
  • Keep the websites up to date and give support to guarantee uptime.
  • Deploy new websites in the hosting environments approved by the company.

    • Ideal Profile

  • 5 years of experience as a Wordpress Developer
  • Experience with GIT.
  • Experience with PHP and Wordpress
  • A creative mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
  • Strong communication skills
  • A basic understanding of Core Web Vitals and familiarity with optimization plugins such as WP Rocket or Perfmatters is a plus
