We’re looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Sales Manager to drive qualified pipeline through outbound email marketing, discovery meetings, and inside sales efforts . This is a quota-carrying role focused on generating new opportunities across our key service areas in Data & AI, Software Engineering, and Cloud Transformation .

Responsibilities

Own and execute outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, etc.) with content support from marketing
Generate and qualify leads through cold outreach and inbound follow-up
Conduct discovery calls with potential customers to understand their needs and position our services effectively
Manage a high-volume pipeline of opportunities, including tracking in CRM and reporting progress
Collaborate with technical pre-sales team to convert leads into sales-qualified opportunities
Work with leadership to refine ideal customer profiles and iterate outreach strategies
Provide feedback to marketing on campaign effectiveness and market sentiment
Meet monthly targets for meetings booked, pipeline generated, and closed opportunities

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in outbound sales, inside sales, or business development in a B2B consulting or IT services environment

Proven success in selling to clients in North America and / or Europe

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Experience with outbound email tools (e.g., Apollo, Lemlist, HubSpot) and CRM systems

Capable of running structured discovery conversations and identifying client pain points

Comfortable working remotely and independently while being part of a collaborative team

Preferred experience selling services in Data & AI, Cloud Engineering (Azure / AWS), or Enterprise Software

Preferred familiarity with modern prospecting techniques (cold outreach, account-based marketing, LinkedIn selling)

Preferred exposure to consultative sales methodology (e.g., SPIN, Challenger, MEDDIC)
